Refund Policy

Every 143 Photo Magnets order is custom-made with your personal photos, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Damaged or misprinted orders
If your order arrives damaged, or there’s a printing error on our end, email us within 10 days of delivery at 143photomagnets@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll reprint and reship your magnets at no cost.

What we can’t reprint for free

• Photos that were low resolution, blurry, or dark when uploaded
• Cropping or framing you chose in our upload tool
• Wrong photos uploaded by mistake

Please double-check your photos and crops before placing your order.

Cancellations
Because we start printing quickly, orders can only be canceled before they are printed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
