Shipping Policy

Every order is printed and made by hand in Manteca, California.

Processing time
Orders are made and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Large wedding and event orders may take longer, and we’ll email you if yours will.

Shipping cost
Flat rate shipping is $6.95 per order, anywhere in the United States.

Delivery time
We ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders arrive 2–5 business days after they ship. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Local pickup
Local customers can choose free pickup in Manteca, CA at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready and arrange a pickup time.

Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, or it arrives damaged, email us within 10 days of delivery at 143photomagnets@gmail.com. Please see our Refund Policy for reprint details.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t reship orders sent to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.
