These Terms of Service apply to your use of 143photomagnets.com and any order you place with 143 Photo Magnets (“we,” “us,” “our”), located at 6179 Shoshone Dr, Manteca, CA 95336. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products
We make custom photo magnets from images you upload. Because each order is printed just for you, colors and cropping may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

2. Your photos
By uploading photos, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they do not violate anyone’s copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. We may refuse any order containing images that are illegal, offensive, or that infringe on someone else’s rights. We use your photos only to produce and ship your order, and we do not sell or share them.

3. Image quality
You are responsible for uploading clear, high-resolution photos and reviewing your crops before ordering. We are not responsible for results caused by low-resolution, blurry, or dark images, or by cropping you chose.

4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Once an order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

6. Refunds, returns, and cancellations
Because every order is custom-made, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted by us, contact us within 10 days of delivery for a free reprint. Orders can only be canceled before printing. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Site content
Our logo, product images, designs, and site content belong to 143 Photo Magnets and may not be copied without permission. Your uploaded photos remain yours.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
